How to order?
From the item page, select the desired color and size of the product
* Add the product to your Cart or click "Buy it now"
* Once you have finished shopping, click the "Check out" button in your Shopping Bag
* Enter your email (or mobile phone number) and your shipping address, click the "Continue to shipping"
* Check that the information you entered is correct and click "Continue to payment"

You will receive a confirmation email shortly after with the details of your order. From this moment on, our warehouse will take care of everything and as soon as the order ships, we will notify you with another confirmation email. 

 

Does Ramzeustore have a size chart to help me with my selection?

How do I determine my shoe size?
Unfortunately, shoes are not measured by inches/centimeters/etc. There are too many variables that go into account for footwear other than absolute length. The size of shoes is really determined by a combination of length, volumes, instep height, toe shape, and other variables. With that being said we try to make our shoes fit as True to Size as possible.

We would recommend buying based on your most common shoe size. Another option would be to buy a couple of sizes to try on and keep the one that fits the best. We would recommend ordering the size that you typically wear in a similar style of shoe. For example: If you are looking at one of our sneakers, we would recommend buying the size that you typically buy in a fitness shoe.

Ramzeustore cannot provide an accurate size recommendation based on inches, centimeters, or a foot drawing. We do offer Free Returns/Exchanges in the domestic US, and shipping on all of our footwear to ensure you can try them on first to make sure you are soulmates.

 

I typically like to try on shoes before purchasing. How can I be sure which pair will work best for me?
If you aren’t sure which size will fit you best, go ahead and buy the shoe in a few sizes. Feel free to try them on when your order arrives—just don’t wear them outside until you’re sure which pair you want to keep. Then return the pairs that don’t fit for a fast and easy refund!

 

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Diners club. We also accept electronic payment methods like Apple Pay, Meta Pay and Google Pay. Do you offer installment payments (e.g. buy now, pay later)?

How long does shipping take?
Please allow 1-3 business days for orders to be processed after your purchase is complete.
Shipping: 3-9 business days. 

 

More than 24 hours have passed and i still haven't received a confirmation email. What should i do?
Check your spam folder and make sure that sales@ramzeustore.com are in the safe senders list of your email account. This will prevent the anti-spam filter from blocking future communications.

If this doesn't work please contact us as there may be errors with the email address you registered with. 

 

Can I track my order?
We typically ship orders in 1-3 business days after they are placed. When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow 48 hours for the link to activate. If you have any questions about your order, email help@ramzeustore.com

 

What is your return policy?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Ramzeustore purchase. Items in new condition (unworn/unwashed) can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. If we made a mistake or the item arrived defective, please contact us here and we’ll make things right. 

 

What is your warranty policy?
Sometimes, a rogue pair slips through our strict quality control standards. Should your shoes fail due to defect of workmanship, you can be confident your purchase is backed by the following warranty policy:
1. 90 days guarantee: Ramzeustore will offer a warranty on your purchase for 90 days from the date of purchase for repair or replacement (as determined by Ramzeustore).
2. Replacement certainty: If we no longer have the same shoe, you can choose a similar, in-stock product for replacement.
3. Refunds are not available as part of our warranty program.
4. Normal wear and tear or damage caused by accidents are not covered under the Ramzeustore Footwear warranty.
5. Due to various environmental factors, color fading is not covered under warranty.

What is and is not covered under the warranty?
What is covered under the Ramzeustore warranty:
Manufacturer error, such as midsole, outsole, toe box, upper, bonding, size, label, material, or heel counter defects.

What isn’t covered under the Ramzeustore warranty:

Color fading, normal wear and tear, damage caused by accidents, or defects noticed after the 90-days warranty expiration.

 

I do not see my discount code?
When checking out on our website, you can enter a discount code in the initial shopping cart screen or on the payment page where you enter your credit card information. Make sure to press APPLY when adding your discount code.
